〇 Manten Compilation Volume 1 DISC1

Episode 1 "I want to see the blue Earth with my own eyes"
Manten Hidaka, a nature-loving girl from Yakushima, dreams of going to space while helping her grandfather, Genzo, with his flying fish fishing. To repay the money to Hanayama for the trouble caused by her brother Eiyu's resort fraud case, Manten comes to Tenjinbashisuji, Osaka. Then, she lives in Yuriko Hanayama's Aikido dojo. Manten talks about her dream of going to space, but Yohei, Keisuke's younger brother who aims to be a doctor, tells her, "It's 99% impossible for you."

Episode 2 "I will not give up on my dream"
Manten gets a job at a weather forecasting company by chance. However, she falls asleep during work and misses a thunderstorm on the radar, and Manten returns to Yakushima. Her childhood friend, Eiji Moriyama's fishing boat, is caught in a typhoon and is shipwrecked. Under the instructions of her senior at the company, Nishiki Shinohara, Manten guides the boat and saves Eiji, and she deeply understands the importance of weather forecasting work.

Episode 3 "The road to space is steep"
Manten's father, Genkichi, who she thought was dead, suddenly appears. Genkichi tells her that he abandoned them because he wanted to live freely, and Manten is shocked, but it was a lie for the sake of Miho's happiness, who remarried Rokuro. Two and a half years after coming to Osaka, Manten is working as a full-fledged weather forecaster. Meanwhile, Yohei, who has abandoned his path to becoming a doctor and is devoted to the development of the International Space Station, gets a chance to challenge becoming an astronaut.

Episode 4 "Two people working together towards a dream"
Although Yohei couldn't become an astronaut, he decides to take Manten to space with his own power. Manten and Yohei get married, and their eldest daughter "Sora" is born. At that time, big news comes that they are recruiting astronauts regardless of their educational background. With everyone's support, Manten passes the astronaut selection exam. Finally, her dream of "going to space" comes true.
